Rinkmon

A Mutant-type Armor Digimon which evolved through the power of the "Digimental of Friendship". It is a Cyborg-type Digimon born from the sample data of experiments to accelerate to the speed of light in a particle accelerator. Between the sample data and the growth of this Digimon in a laboratory, it is said to have been born from the fusion of Digimentals. It is an extremely agile Digimon, which can accelerate to 98 percent of the speed of light, and when it comes to speed there is no Digimon that is a match for Rinkmon. However, despite its superior speed its power is lacking, and its hand-to-hand combat is lacking all-around. Its Special Move, Spinning Cutter, uses its boastful speed to spin its body at a high speed, tearing up the opponent with the cutters on both its arms.
